产品简介:磁粉探伤的基本原理 Basic Principles for Magnetic Particle Inspection 磁粉探伤就是将铁磁材料或工件磁化后,使表面和近表面的缺陷处磁力线发生变形,逸出工件表面形成磁极并形成可检测的漏磁场。此时,在工件表面撒上磁粉或浇上磁悬液,磁粉粒子便会吸附在缺陷区域,显示出缺陷的位置、形状和大小。 Magnetic particle inspection is to magnetize ferromagnetic materials or work-pieces for deforming the magnetic lines at surface and near surface flaws and overshooting the work-piece surface to form a magnetic pole and forming detectible invigorative magnetic field. Then, with magnetic particles spread or magnetic suspension poured on work-piece, magnetic particles will adhere to the defected area to display the location, shape and size of defects.

设备概述 
该设备分为机电分立式结构和机电一体式结构。设备由PLC集中控制,采用手动、自动两种运行方式。手动时,可进行每个动作的独立操作;自动时,自动执行PLC内部程序,人工上料后,自动实现夹紧工件、转动、喷淋、复合磁化、转动、退磁、松开等一系列动作。周、纵向磁化,复合磁化在工件上形成叠加磁场,可一次全方位显示磁痕。
Equipment Description 
The equipment includes electromechanical split structure and electromechanical integrated structure. The equipment is PLC-controlled and operates manually and automatically. Manually, each action can be independently operation; automatically, PLC program is automatically executed; upon feeding manually, a series of actions can be automatically actualized as fastening work-piece, rotating, spraying, compound magnetization, rotating, demagnetization and releasing. Circumferential, longitudinal magnetization, and compound magnetization forms superimposed magnetic field on work-piece; able to display magnetic particle indication on every side.

  适用于检测各种轴棒形状,叉形类如曲轴,连杆、气门,活塞销、螺栓、转向节等中小零件表面及近表面因铸造、锻造、淬火、加工等原因引起的各种细微缺陷。
Equipment Uses 
Applicable to detect different slight flaws on surface and near surface of different shaft/rod-shape, fork-shape and other small and medium parts such as crankshaft, connecting rod, air valve, piston pin, bolt and knuckle due to such reasons as casting, forging and pressing, quenching and processing.
